Warranty Coverage
Office Chairs
- Hydraulic system
- Recline/Tilt mechanism
- Chair base (metal or nylon)
- Wheels (castors)
- Any other general manufacturing defects
Furniture Products (Desks, Storage Units, etc.)
- Locks
- Drawer channels
- Hinges
- Edge binding (only if it’s a manufacturing issue)
- Glue/adhesive failures
- Surface bubbles caused by production defects
What’s Not Covered
Edge Binding Issues
- Cleaning with harsh chemicals or acidic agents
- Moisture from wet cloths
- Damage from dragging, shifting, or manual force
Surface Damage
- Water exposure or moisture absorption
- Scratches from sharp objects
- Peeling, swelling from improper cleaning methods
Top Edge Problems
- Caused by humidity or excess water
- Edge tape expands or loosens due to moisture
- Continuous wet cleaning causes swelling or separation
General Warranty Exclusions (All Products)
- Natural wear and tear on fabric, leatherette, mesh, or cushioning
- Damage during transit, shifting, or relocation
- Misuse or not following the user manual
- Lock breakage from external tools
- Overloading of drawers, keyboard trays, or shelves
- Misalignment of keyboard trays due to heavy objects or improper pulling
- Scratches or damage from post-installation activities (e.g., painting, electrical work)
- Using furniture as a ladder, stool, or support
- Improper movement or dragging that causes structural damage
Care & Usage Guidelines
To keep your furniture in good shape and maintain warranty coverage:
- Follow the provided user manual
- Clean using a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth
- Avoid chemical or water-based cleaning agents
- Do not overload or misuse parts (drawers, trays, shelves)
- Handle furniture gently while relocating
- Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage during shipping, delivery, or moving
- Misuse, negligence, or excessive weight/load
- Natural aging of material or finish
- Water damage or issues from cleaning products
- Any damage from on-site construction, renovation, or maintenance
